1:1 Personal Training

Whether your goal is to get fitter, increase motivation, or train for a race or challenge Ascent Fitness can help you achieve this with 1:1 personalised training sessions.

As well as 1:1 sessions you will receive continual support and advice along with regular progress checks.

The location of the session is client dependent.  We have lots of good suggestions for places to train outside.

£25 per hour session 
£130 for a block of 6 sessions

Race Reccies / Big Hills

Whether its getting used to an unfamiliar Park Run, or a full days adventure in the Caringorms - we can guide your run giving tips and pointers along the way.

A personalised training plan designed to help you achieve your goal or focus on a race.  

Our plans are tailored based on your fitness level, sporting background and experience. 

Written up in a handy booklet format for you to print out for easy reference.

Includes check-ups to discuss progress.
